I offer an in-depth analysis of the literal and metaphorical prisons present in Sahar Khalifeh’s Wild Thorns and Donald Goines’ White Man’s Justice, Black Man’s Grief in order to have a deeper understanding of the parallels between the struggles that Palestinian and Black communities face.
