Feasibility study of ecotourism activities for the eco-development project Bajardin

The purpose of this paper is to conduct an activity feasibility study for the proposed Bajardin's Center for Ecotourism with the intention to identify those activities that represent a competitive offering and those which also present a niche market. The goal for both is to afford a viable business opportunity for the Bajardin venture at large. In addition to identifying feasible activities, an analysis will be done of competitors and market orientation. It will also look at the organizational and environmental resources that exist and are needed for success. Issues and opportunities will be identified within these resources. In addition, the environmental impact will be assessed for each activity as well as a method to manage Bajardin's sustainability goals.
